The Delta 31-396 is a Factory Reconditioned Oscillating Edge Sander. The idle roller can be used for edge sanding of irregular shapes. It has quick release belt tensioning for easier belt changing. Its front cast-iron sanding table can be moved up and down, forward and backward. The head that can go from 0º to 90º with indent stops at 0, 45 and 90º.
