This is a Powermatic 1791268K 16" Open-End Belt Sander - Model 1632, 5HP, 1Ph, 230V with Digital Readout. The 16" Open-End Sander has metal tipped safety stops located inside the machine to stop the sander immediately if belt breakage occurs. A conveniently mounted load meter maintains constant checks during operation, and automatic pneumatic conveyor belt tracking keeps belts centered. The combination head promotes a more consistent finish. The sander is available with or without digital readout.
