When you buy from Tool King, you get the full manufacturer's warranty since you are purchasing from an authorized retailer. All of our products come directly from the manufacturer. All products can be serviced under the manufacturers warranty in any authorized repair center in the country (USA). All authorized dealers receive the proper training/information on all current products to help the customer make an educated decision on the equipment being purchased.

Every product Tool King sells, both new and reconditioned, is warranted by the manufacturer to be free of any defects. The warranty coverage period varies by product manufacturer; this information is provided on every product page. 

For Warranty Service and Claims

Please contact the manufacturer of the product needing service for information about filing a claim. As we are not an authorized repair center, please do not ship tools requiring service to Tool King.
