The DEWALT DW55018 Diamond Core Bit is designed for new construction and retrofit drilling applications where high-performance concrete core drilling is required. Measuring 3-1/2 inches in diameter and 14 inches in length, this diamond core bit features cutting segments engineered for fast cuts and long service life.
The DW55018 uses diamond-embedded segments that are laser welded and designed for reinforced concrete applications. Turbo and crown segment designs are used on select sizes to support cutting performance when drilling demanding construction materials.
Proprietary Depth Control Indicators help provide drilling depth awareness, while recessed grooves milled into the body of the bit are designed to support accurate drilling. These features make the core bit suitable for professional concrete drilling and retrofit work.
The DEWALT DW55018 is an individual diamond core bit manufactured by DEWALT. Its specified power tool compatibility includes 5/8 in.-11 configurations for 1/2 in. through 7/8 in. diameters and 1-1/4 in.-7 configurations for 1 in. diameter and larger bits.
